L'edifico in corso di progettazione per il Consorzio Cooperative Lavoratori è parte del P.I.I. Merezzate progettato da Caputo Partnership. Nello sviluppo della sagoma prevista dal Masterplan, si è voluto coniugare la costituzione di un volume compatto e ordinato ad un sistema di pelli sovrapposte che caratterizzasse formalmente l'edificio. Tutti i 70 alloggi sono dotati di ampie logge negli affacci sud che, aggregandosi in facciata, costituiscono uno strato intermedio tra interno ed esterno, arricchendo la complessità dell'edificio. Gli affacci nord sono caratterizzati dalla presenza di piccoli balconi e dal motivo a fasce verticali delle aperture. Il piano terra, interamente pubblico e disegnato in armonia con gli spazi aperti, rappresenta l'interfaccia tra il privato degli alloggi e il sistema del super-condominio del P.I.I.

The building project for the Consorzio Coperative Lavoratori is part of the integrated urban settlement of Merezzate (Milan) developed by Caputo Partneship. The idea is to develop a clean and compact volume within the outline of the masterplan, which also is ideal to obtain the high energetic standards within a contained budget through the use of overlapping layers on the facades which will formally characterize the building starting from it's building elements. All 70 appartments are equipped with spacious loggias placed on the south side which establish a transition area between the outside and the inside through its aggregation to the facades. The ground floor entirely public will be harmonically designed with the open spaces and represents the interface between the apartments and the hyper-condo system of the urban settlement.
